Wedding Photography Service

Thank you for considering White On Blue Limited for your wedding photography.

We have been delivering professional photography for the past ten years with the
emphasis on a fun, relaxed, reportage style of imagery and offering a quality service
that couples and their families love.

We know how important your Wedding Day is and we aim to capture the excitement
and fun in an unobtrusive way allowing the day to unfurl naturally whilst capturing
your special moments as they happen.

Our service is flexible and is broken down as follows:

Time on The Day

A standard day rate is charged for our photographer to be at your wedding and this
is usually for an agreed period of time (normally around 5 hours).

This fee also includes meetings prior to the wedding to discuss what the couple
would like on the day, reviewing the location of the wedding service and venue to
ensure best positions and locations are achieved.

We recommend having two photographers on the day to capture the moments in full
from the preparation through to the first dance.

Saturday Fee for One photographer (up to 5 hours): £250
Saturday Fee for Two photographers (up to 5 hours): £350

Weekday Fee for One Photographer (up to 5 hours): £175
Weekday fee for two photographers (upto 5 hours): £275

Photography Style

We work closely with you to find out what you really want from your wedding
photographs that will become a fantastic record of your very special day

We therefore ask you to complete an outline of what specific photographs you would
like to see, which we will go through with you to make the day run smoothly.

Our Special Wedding Service

Most wedding photographers offer the option of Wedding Albums Only. We offer a modern approach to what you can purchase.

Images on Disc
Images can be purchased on CD with permission for printing as follows:

50 images on disc in high resolution: £500

100 images on disc in high resolution: £750

200 images on disc in high resolution: £1200

All images taken on disc (upto 500): £2000

Prints
Many couples ask to put an album together themselves and so we off prints in the following quantities:

100 prints at 6×4: £600
200 prints at 6×4: £800
300 prints at 6×4: £950
100 prints at 9×6: £875
200 prints at 9×6: £1100
300 prints at 9×6: £1400

* These prints are based on a special unit price for the couple to purchase in the
quantities listed above.

These prints will be given to the bride and groom in a special keepsake box.

If the couple wishes to purchase larger print sizes in addition to their initial order the
prices are attached and these will be discussed with the bride and groom either prior
to or after receiving their main set of prints.

Wedding Albums

We offer a coffee table style Wedding Album.

These albums are a beautiful keepsake and are a great
Way to remember the story of your special day.

They are 12”x12” in size.
Premium quality paper.
Glossy front cover design
With different layout options available.

Prices start at £900 dependent on the number of pages and images used – this is
discussed with couples on point of ordering.

Payments

A deposit payment of £200 is required to secure the date and a month before the
service a balance payment is required on the pre-agreed package. Payments can
be made via Credit/Debit cards or by cheque.

Time Frame for Contact Sheets and Final Prints

Contact Sheets will be delivered to the bride and groom approximately two weeks
after the wedding.

Once the couple have selected their preferred images and placed their order,
the final prints will take up to ten days to be delivered. Albums will take longer
(expected timeframes will be given on ordering)

Images taken on the day will be provided on a contact sheet for the couple to view
and will also be available to view on-line via the website www.photoboxgallery.com/
whiteonblue .

*Hours required after this period are charged at a rate of £50 per hour
**A deposit of £200 is requested to secure the date.
